To join Blue Rose Videos, there is a one-time non-refundable membership fee of $20. Once you join, we’ll get you started by providing the first video rental free. Thereafter each rental costs $3.00 plus tax where applicable. You can rent one video at a time. Once each video is returned, another video can be rented. It’s as simple as that! Membership Fill out a membership form, and mail to Blue Rose Videos with a $20 check to cover your one time membership fee. Your first rental is free with membership. Thereafter, each rental costs $3 (plus $.22 tax for California residents). As soon as we receive your membership form and payment of $20 we will send you the list of available videos from which to select your first free film. Renting Descriptive Videos Once you are a member, each movie costs $3.00 plus tax to rent. The movie is on its way to you via free matter for the blind as soon as we receive your check. You can keep the movie up to 14 days. Return via free matter by affixing the return label included with your movie. Drop it in the mailbox, and you’re done. One movie can be rented at a time. Once the movie is back to us, you can rent the next. And so on. To make the process even easier, you can prepay the rental on as many films as you’d like. The cost is still $3.00 per movie. But remember, the first movie is free with your membership. After your free rental a check for $3.00 allows you to rent 1 new movie, a check for $15.00 allows you to rent 5 new movies. Tax applies for California residents.
